NUVEM

Elias conseguiu crer na chuva antes que o céu escurecesse. Uma nuvem pequena foi o suficiente para que ele confiasse na grandeza do seu Deus.

Existem momentos na vida em que parece que a chuva não chega, que a seca não vai embora e que é difícil confiar nas promessas. Mas, mesmo nos dias difíceis, Deus continua soberano; Sua Palavra não falha.

Fé é sentir a chuva mesmo sem nuvem no céu.
É agradecer pela terra seca com um ramo de oliveira nas mãos.
É vencer um gigante com uma pequena pedra.

Fé é saber que Deus pode ou não curar — e está tudo bem, porque Ele permanece no controle.
Fé é escolher viver pelo evangelho, mesmo que todos à sua volta o abandonem.
Fé é permanecer de joelhos, orando pela sua família, mesmo que tudo pareça impossível.
Fé é esperar, crendo que tudo coopera para o bem daqueles que amam ao Senhor.

É sentir saudade do céu e não se apegar às coisas deste mundo.
É agradecer pelo pouco e confiar naquele que pode fazer transbordar.

Hoje, viva uma vida de fé.
Mesmo que você precise clamar e olhar várias vezes para o céu à procura de uma nuvem — não desista.

Deus age na hora certa e da forma perfeita.
E quando a pequena nuvem começar a surgir no horizonte, prepare-se para a chuva abundante que só o Senhor pode trazer!

'“Vá e olhe na direção do mar”, disse ao seu servo. E ele foi e olhou. “Não há nada lá”, disse ele. Sete vezes Elias mandou: “Volte para ver”. Na sétima vez o servo disse: “Uma nuvem tão pequena quanto a mão de um homem está se levantando do mar”. Então Elias disse: “Vá dizer a Acabe: Prepare o seu carro e desça, antes que a chuva o impeça”. 1 Reis 18:43-44

CLOUD

Elijah was able to believe in the rain before the sky turned dark. A small cloud was enough for him to trust in the greatness of his God.

There are moments in life when it seems like the rain won’t come, the drought won’t end, and it’s hard to trust in the promises. But even on difficult days, God remains sovereign; His Word never fails.

Faith is feeling the rain even when there’s no cloud in the sky.
It’s giving thanks for dry land with an olive branch in hand.
It’s defeating a giant with a small stone.
Faith is knowing that God may or may not heal — and being at peace, because He is still in control.

Faith is choosing to live by the gospel, even if everyone around you turns away.
Faith is staying on your knees, praying for your family, even when everything seems impossible.
Faith is waiting, believing that all things work together for the good of those who love the Lord.
It’s longing for heaven and not getting attached to the things of this world.
It’s being grateful for the little and trusting the One who can make it overflow.

Today, live a life of faith.
Even if you have to cry out and look up to the sky over and over, searching for a cloud — don’t give up.

God moves at the right time and in the perfect way.
And when that small cloud begins to appear on the horizon, get ready for the abundant rain that only the Lord can bring!

'“Go and look toward the sea,” he told his servant. And he went up and looked. “There is nothing there,” he said. Seven times Elijah said, “Go back.” The seventh time the servant reported, “A cloud as small as a man’s hand is rising from the sea.” So Elijah said, “Go and tell Ahab, ‘Hitch up your chariot and go down before the rain stops you.’ ” 1 Kings 18:43-44
